Court Issues Fresh Warrant of Arrest of Ojukaye Flag-Amachree on Account of Murder, Others

A high court sitting in Port Harcourt has issued a production warrant to the Port Harcourt prison authority to produce the embattled Former Chairman of Asari -Toru Local Government, Ojukaye Flag-Amachree on the 4^th of July to face a fresh charge of Murder, attempted Murder, conspiracy to Commit Murder and wounding.
Flag-Amachree  who is currently facing a one count charge of Murder of one Smart Soberekon  has been charged with a fresh charge of Murder one Iminabo Dokubo and attempted murder of Ipalibo Jackson.At the Sitting, the trial judge, Justice Iyayi Laminkara who ordered the accused be made available in court on the 4th of July to face the charges against him also ordered Flag-Amachree be remanded on the fresh charges brought against him.
