Don't you just love the simplicity of this icon of a lady. Well, blame me for praising her and if you say I am baised in this report, then i agree. I just love her.
Anyway back to the issue on ground. the picture above is that of Nollywood super star actress eating one of my favourite dish, Abacha a.k.a. African salad.
The dish is a common delicacy of the south easterners. It is made from cassava and cut with a hand made metal that shreds it the cassava into noodles and afterwards washed time and time again to get ride of as much starch as possible and then spread on a local mat and left under the sun to dry up.
Now enough of the details, i did not come here to teach you how to prepare it nah....
when prepared, you can eat with dried fish, beef, chicken, snail or any thing that you fancy but it sure is a great meal anytime any day.
You can see Genny showing that she too loves the meal despite her status where many would have pretended to have never tasted the wonderful delicacy.
