House Of Representatives To Investigate Alteration Of Armed Forces Act

The House of Representatives has passed the resolution to investigate the alteration of the armed forces act through the revision of the laws of the federation of Nigeria 2004.

The resolution was passed based on a motion presented by Mr Ibrahim Elsudi in which he drew the attention of the law makers to the alteration of the armed forces act through the revision of the Cher FN 2004.

Deputy speaker of the House, Mr Emeka Ihedioha, who presided over yesterday’s section mandated the committee and justice to investigate the usurpation of the constitutional powers of the National Assembly and report back in four weeks.
